shipping policy
In stock, ready to wear items are shipped out within 3 business days and should be delivered between 4 - 6 business days once shipped. If the item is backordered and not indicated on the site, we will notify you of the delay and only charge for the item if acceptable.
One of a kind items will also ship within three business days. If you are interested in a one of a kind piece that is out of stock, contact Barrett Ford to discuss a custom piece, cost and estimated delivery date.
Barrett Ford has a flate rate shipping cost of $10.95, which includes insurance. We only ships on business days (not holidays or weekends) and orders need to be placed by 3pm central time to be considered same day. We do not ship to PO boxes. If you need PO box delivery, please contact Barrett Ford for special shipping.

return & exchange policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of the item but only for store credit.

We offer exchanges based on the store credit from a return. The credit can be used for a direct exchange or applied to another purchase.

To initiate a return you must email or call within the 14 days and we will send you a return label. Pieces need to be in original condition, unworn and in original packaging. If you are initiating an exchange: in stock items will be shipped out on the following business day after receiving the returned item. If the item is not in stock, it could take up to two weeks for a replacement.

Custom pieces are not returnable.
